Spring Real Estate GROWS QUICKLY WITH INDEPENDENT ADVICE FOR OCCUPIERS

Every year PropertyNL, the largest research center for real estate in the Netherlands, puts together a top-101 of real estate consultants. The study shows that there is a need for specific expertise and committed advice. Spring Real Estate provides independent advice to occupiers and offers specialties, including taylor made workplace concepts (The New World of Work). This year we entered the Top 101 at place number 36. Since our foundation in 2011, more than 100 companies gave us the confidence in renegotiation or relocation processes.

"Spring Real Estate" rumbles "the top 101 at number 36. The company was founded by Paul Teeuwen, Alexander Zweering, David Oyens and Bart Hoebée, all previously gained experience at DTZ Zadelhoff. It is one of the consultants that focus on an emerging specialty: advice on occupiers of the property. Spring Real Estate did an excellent job and was involved at nearly 26,000 m² of office transactions and over 18,000 m² commercial transactions. On their website the gentlemen write that they want to advise all players in the property but their clients mainly occupiers. "We don't work like traditional brokers / advisors on the basis of an extensive leasing portfolio and we don't value or manage properties for investors. The era in which brokers could claim interests on every side is definitely over to our opinion. Thus we are capable to advise our clients from an independent and therefore competent position.
