We advise a select group of clients on leasing situations. Our approach is unique, and in-line with the current market situation. From a strategic point of view, we don’t work on the basis of an extensive leasing portfolio. Rather, we provide our clients with a complete overview of relevant market parties and market movements utilising our extensive knowledge of the tenant market. Furthermore, to avoid conflicts of interest, we do not accept competitive or conflicting positions after accepting a leasing contract in the same area.
