Alexander studied Finance at the University of Amsterdam and Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. Following his studies, Alexander worked at DTZ Zadelhoff in Amsterdam and The Hague for six years.

He was one of Spring Real Estate’s founders in 2011.

In 2012, Alexander obtained a Masters in Real Estate at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate.

Alexander advises tenants, investors and developers during leasing and sales processes of offices, industrial and investments. He is also part of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Besides, Alexander is Managing Partner of Spring Services.
