Nick ten Haaf MSc

Nick studied ”Vastgoed & Makelaardij” at Fontys Hogeschool. After obtaining his Bachelor, he finished his master’s degree Real Estate Studies at the University of Groningen (RUG).

Hereafter, Nick worked at DTZ Zadelhoff and KroesePaternotte.

In June 2019, Nick joined Spring Real Estate as Real Estate Advisor Investments. Within the Capital Markets team, he will focus on the Dutch residential investment market. His analytical skills and knowledgde of the housing market enables him to convert advice into transactions, both on the buying side as well as the selling side.
