The modern and corporate look makes it a highly suitable location for both large institutional companies as well as institutions, including Nationale Nederlanden, Deloitte, MN Services, PostNL, CAK and Siemens. Thereby, World Trade Center The Hague is located in this area. Vacancy in this office location is relatively low and currently declining due to The Central Government Real Estate Agency which rapidly acquires office buildings for the housing of government services.
