Union Street Pluto B.V. leased approximately 4.300 sq. m of office space in the HS Building in The Hague to the educational institution “ROC Mondriaan”. From the 1st of January 2020, the new tenant will be housed from the ground floor up until the seventh floor. In addition, they will have access to 22 parking spaces in the Q-park garage.
Educational Institution ROC Mondriaan is the largest MBO institute in the region of Haaglanden and offers studies in vocational and adult education. The location on Brouwersgracht 50 in The Hague no longer met the current requirements. Therefore, the energy-efficient HS Building located on the corner of Johanna Westerdijkplein and Waldorpstraat formed a suitable outcome as office relocation. The ROC Institute will be housed on the Waldorpstraat-side. The building offers a beautiful view over the skyline of The Hague and has energy label A.
